Matt Parsons of Elmira has won the Grand Prize in the Shangri-La II Motor Speedway Pocono Ticket Sweepstakes- two reserved seat tickets plus overnight accommodations for the Sunoco Red Cross 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race this Sunday at Pocono Raceway.

Since race time at Pocono is 1:00 p.m. and Shangri-La II's Return of the ROC'n Concrete Rumble Race of Champions Tour event is under the lights, Matt can do a Sunday doubleheader if he beats the traffic out of the parking lot!  Pocono to Tioga Center can be done in just about two hours at (almost) the legal speed limit.
